Designed in the modern Balinese style, the spacious and well-appointed villas feature clean geometric designs with a combination of contemporary and traditional features. A total of 12 deluxe one-bedroom villas feature a hot water plunge pool and 11 pool one-bedroom villas offer a large swimming pool with direct access.

A two bedroom villa provides additional space with a large pool and living room. All villas are equipped with audio centres and widescreen plasma TV's.

As part of the resort, Ayur Spa at The Kayana Incorporates two airy massage and treatment suites with full spa facilities. Professionally trained therapists offer an extensive selection of spa treatments for guests. Ayur Spa will also be open to outside guests seeking sanctuary and spiritual enrichment.

A large main swimming pool adjoins to The Restaurant offering International and local cuisine. the Lounge presents a selection of imported wines, cocktails and cigars to guests and will also offer afternoon tea.

As a destination far private meetings, The Kayana offers efficient facilities for up to 20 participants in a boardroom setting. Professionally trained staffs are available to provide a customised service to accommodate individual requirements.

For guest comfort, a buggy service is provided for transport around the resort. Care has been taken to ensure all villas and public are facilities are accessible by both hadicapped and able-bodied guests.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rate
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily Breakfast for 2 persons per room.

High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 6 - July 14, September 1 - December 20
High season period: July 15 - August 31, December 21 - January 5

Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS

Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Terms of Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
- For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
- For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
- Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
- In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the paymen
