Puri Sienna Villa features 4 deluxe bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, spaciously spread out on a soothing 2000 square meter oasis featuring two swimming pools.
Each of the 4 bedrooms at Puri Sienna was designed to offer maximum privacy and gorgeous views beyond the magical pools to the landscaped tropical grounds.
The main deluxe bedroom is located above the central house's living area. The other three deluxe bedrooms are housed in private bungalows, situated within the compound's luxurious villa grounds.
Between two of the deluxe bedrooms, is a small lounge room, converts into a children's double bedroom, and overlooks a wooden teak deck, featuring the second swimming pool.
The main lounge room is fully equipped with Satellite TV featuring over 50 major international cable channels, full sound system, video and DVD player.

Sienna Villas
Sienna Villas feature 3 bedrooms with ensuite in Mediterranean style, giving a spacious island feel. The villas each feature extensive upstairs and downstairs areas, with private lap pools in a tropical setting.
These 3 bedroom masterpieces offer all the opulence of a five star hotel whilst maintaining the privacy of a home, and the intimacy only experienced in a villa holiday.

Each two storey villa has been beautifully appointed in Mediterranean style with stunning timber and stone flooring throughout, featuring three deluxe king-sized bedrooms, each complimented by its own roomy ensuite. The spacious open-plan living and entertainment areas of the villas ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay and open out onto your own private tropical pool and hardwood deck area.
All of the Sienna Villas feature fully equipped kitchens, dining table and settings for 8 people, CD and VCD player, radio, satellite TV with more than 50 channels, dining area, and lounge area, complete with sprawling sofas. A wooden deck surrounding the emerald green lap pool, and sun-tanning beds, compliment the luxurious pool setting. A downstairs guest bathroom with high-pressure shower services the pool area, to allow your upstairs area maximum privacy, if you have guests.

Living and Entertaining Areas consist of :

The living room in the central house features comfortable lounges and couches, full sound system, satellite TV, DVD player, a 12 person dining table overlooking an open verandah, expansive tropical garden and main 20 meter x 3.5 meter swimming pool.

The verandah of the central house created from paved sandstone, and features an additional round table dining table for 6 persons.
The Gazebo adjacent to the main pool, in the garden, provides full Australian BBQ facilities, two fridges, 5 CD disk player, and intercom telephone. The Gazebo is a perfect space for entertaining poolside, situated in the midst of the serene tropical gardens and on the grounds of the main Puri Sienna villa.
The second pool measures 10 meters x 2 meters and is located in front of two deluxe bedrooms and small TV room / children's bedroom. This pool is tiled in exotic Javanese jade stone and is surrounded by an elegant wooden entertainment deck, framed by languid sun lounges.

The perfect accompaniment to your ideal holiday is our Balinese team of professional, friendly, English speaking staff at Sienna who are on call to cater for your every need and whim. With a genuine smile and friendly attitude they are trained to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Our restaurant-trained cooks are available to cater for your in-house dinner, with reasonable notice. Or alternatively, utilize our fully modern kitchen to create your own gastronomic delights, as Seminyak's best international delis and supermarkets are no more than 5 minutes away.

Menus from a a selection of fine local restaurants are in each villa, and our staff are on hand to arrange orders, pick-up and will serve your meal to you in the privacy of your own villa.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rate
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, cool towel, refreshing welcome drink, fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival, return airport transfers, 24 hours butler service, daily personalized in-villa breakfast for 2 persons per room.

Peak Season Period
Low season period: January 6 - July 9, September 10 - December 19
High season period: July 10 - September 9, Chinese New Year, Easter Week
Peak season period: 20 December - 5 January

Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during peak season period.

Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.

F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
