Each swimming pool is lined with green Sukabumi stone, flanked by an ironwood timber deck, and presided over by ‘bale’- a traditional Balinese relaxation pavilion. These raised, breezy gazebos are furnished with deep cushions, and are perfect for chilling out and reading a book. Sunny courtyard gardens are planted with sweet-scented frangipanis and flowering tropical shrubs. Open-air living and dining pavilions, with broad Serai stone pillars, are positioned adjacent to fully-fitted Western kitchens, each equipped with an oven, a four-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, a good range of utensils, and quality tableware. The air-conditioned bedrooms feature warm, honey-colored parquet floors and glass doors that admit plenty of natural light, opening poolside or onto an upstairs balcony deck. Rate
All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.

Terms of Payment
- Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
- For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy.
- Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
- Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

- No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
