1. Rate
All rate are subject to 10% of government tax and service charge, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable daily breakfast based on 2 person per 1 bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 9th to 30th June inclusive (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week),September 16th to December 19th inclusive. High season period: Chinese New Year (2008) – 4th to 9th February 2008 inclusive , Easter Week (2008)- 21st to 27th March 2008 inclusive,July 1st to 31st inclusive,and September 1st to September 15th inclusive
Peak season period: August 1st to 31st August inclusive,December 20th to 8th January inclusive

4. Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS
