1 Bedroom Villa
One-bedroom villas consist of a single pavilion on 200m2 properties with private entrance, swimming pool and garden. The Villa design includes an open-air spacious living area featuring a lounge area with stereo system, dinning area and full set kitchen.
The Bedroom (air-conditioned) features a satellite television, walk-in closet, and personal safety-box and en-suite bathroom. The manicured garden, landscaped with Frangipani, Palms, Yellow Coconut trees, Lotus ponds and a variety of tropical flowers features a 6m x 4m swimming pool and sundeck area.

3 Bedroom Villa
Three bedroom villas consist of 2 pavilions on 635m2 properties with private entrance, swimming pool and garden.
The main Villa consists of a large open-air pavilion with a spectacular cone shaped thatched roof. The main pavilion features a large sofa lounge area with stereo system, 8 person dinning area and a black granite “chefs” kitchen. The main pavilion also houses 2 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, safety boxes and cable televisions.

The friendly staff of the Dusun endeavors to meet all your needs and desires. The Dusun offers guest services in English, Japanese, French and Indonesian
Transportations
Our Driver will greet you at the airport for hassle free transportation to your villa just 20 minutes away. When you are ready for shopping or to visit one of the nearby beaches, our driver will be ready to give you a ride.
Dining in your villa.
Your gracious villa staff is ready to prepare and serve you breakfast in your villa each morning. Cooking service is also available for lunch, dinner and if you planning a special event we can provide a poolside BBQ service in you
private garden. If you prefer, we provide menus to some of Bali’s best restaurants, so you can simply order and we will deliver to your villa.

1. Rate
All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 8 - July 19, September 8 - December 14
High season period: December 15 - January 7, July 20 - September 7

3. Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
