The villa is simply comprises of two buildings. The main building consists of two levels; where the master bedroom is located on the first floor with stunning view to the garden and further to the rice field. The ground level is featuring, dinning, kitchen, and the staff area is discreetly set behind this area. The living are is also situated in this level with view to the garden and to the pool. The other building is conveniently situated amidst the garden with en suited bathroom. The pool is in adjacent to the main building accessible through the living room.

At your full service, the manager is supervising four staffs including one cook, two house keepers, and one security operating in the villa.

1. Rates
All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
- Refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival
- Airport pick-up service
- Government tax and service charge
Rates do not include breakfast.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 15 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
