Dream River Villa Bali is an independent private villa located in the sleepy village of Canggu just 30 minutes from Bali?s international airport and a short drive from one of Asia's finest championship 18-hole golf courses. The nearby Pererenan beach is a renowned surf spot. Set with 3000 sqm of beautiful landscape that is encased by verdant rice terraces and overlooking a gentle river, the villa is an oasis for weary travelers wishing to escape the pressures of a modern city lifestyle. Typically Balinese in architecture and furnishings, the villa evokes a calming ambience that will be long remembered by all guests. The magnificent tropical garden is shaded by mature trees and is the perfect outdoor environment to relax and quietly contemplate.

The Bedrooms The villa provides a total of four large individual bedrooms all with an en-suite bathroom, of which three enjoy a personal outdoor deck. The fourth room has a mezzanine area with an extra double bed and offers full hotel creature comforts. Each room is air-conditioned and features a television with satellite channels, video and compact disc stereo system, safety deposit box and hairdryer. The Living Space A semi open-air living space is a well lit area to relax, read or just socialize with friends and family. It overlooks the tropical garden setting with background views of flourishing rice paddies and the riverside. The Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen designed to follow western standards incorporates a granite bench top, full size pantry for storage, refrigerator, gas stove and cooking utensils and table ware. Fresh produce and groceries can be bought locally for those guests who prepare their own cooking or have special dietary needs. The Swimming Pool The pool is in the unusual shape of an enormous mango and it is facilitated at the far end by a bar counter and stools to enjoy a refreshing drink while relaxing outdoors. Ample deck space is available for lounging and soaking up Bali?s tropical sunlight. There is also an outdoor dining setting for evening meals to be served alfresco style under a star studded sky. A traditional gazebo is a quiet niche in the garden that offers clear views overlooking the rice paddies and gentle river flow. The Staff The villa employs a total of 13 staff including a housekeeper, cook, security guards on shift, gardener and pool attendant who are all entirely at your service. An English speaking Villa Manager and Guest Relations Officer are also on duty throughout the day to attend to your needs whether it be making a restaurant reservation, organizing a round of golf or booking an indulging massage treatment. Additional Services & Facilities For guest convenience the following services and facilities are readily available; Internet connection, extra beds, baby cots, laundry service, massage booking, car hire with or without driver, taxi service, airline ticket confirmation, restaurant advice and reservations, booking sport and adventure activities, arranging tours around Bali and visits to neighbouring islands.

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, airport pick-up (one car - one way), daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - September 10; peak season period: December 20 - January 10
3. Terms of Payment
   A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival. For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
   For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
